Bob Mayers on Soldiers Genealogy at Lambert Castle in Paterson, NJ

On Saturday October 3, 10:00 AM, Bob Mayers will speak on “Finding and Tracing Revolutionary War Soldiers and their Descendants in Passaic County.” In addition to its own veterans, after the War for Independence many soldiers  families migrated to the Paterson area to work in the textile mills. Did my ancestor serve in the American Revolution? How do I find Him? What did he do in the war? The Revolutionary War lasted for eight long years. If your family lived in America during time, you can claim probably claim to be a descendant of a soldier. Bob Mayers will answer these questions by exploring existing public and military records.
